About Our Programs
We offer programming to all families with children 0-18 years-of-age at our offices in Cold Lake, Bonnyville, and St. Paul aiming to strengthen family connections.
We want our families to flourish and have a space for fun enriching activities for parent and child growth with educated professionals that are available to answer any and all questions and provide support when needed. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and we are more than happy to become part of your village.
In our modern world, we know it is increasingly difficult to navigate the vast amount of information available, thus we take it upon ourselves to evaluate the information to provide caregivers the tools, knowledge, and confidence in dealing with everyday stresses.
Lakeland Family Resource Network provides Group and 1 on 1 Family Support Services to parents of children up to 18 years of age including:
Within Our Programs
Our programs aim to incorporate some but not all:

Social Connections and Supports – Activities that promote positive connections between infants, children, youth, parents, families, caregivers, and communities.
Native Counselling Services of Alberta – Navigator – Our Wâhkômiwêw Navigators will assist parents and caregivers to develop Individual Healing and Connection Plans. Plans will build on individual and family strengths to create positive change. Services are open to ALL members of the community!
Native Counselling Services of Alberta – Home Visitation – Our Kiyohkatowin workers will mentor pre-natal women, parents and caregivers in their home/community by supporting children’s growth and development through deliberate and culturally appropriate caregiving.
